MR; provides the below services to the projects it is responsible for providing executive consultancy:

Overseeing and supporting all the management services including; construction, operational, financial & administrative, HR and secretarial provided by the project companies (in other words Special Project Vehicles (SPV’s)),
Acting as the CEO, CFO, CTO of the SPV’s,
Defining and supporting the strategic directions of the SPV’s,
Defining and articulating visions for the SPV’s and developing strategies for their achievement,
Overseeing the organization of SPV’s and managing their compliance with legal & regulatory requirements,
Serving as the primary spokesperson and representative for the SPV’s,
Acting as a liaison between SPV and the community,
Managing and providing input and guidance on health & safety related matters,
Liaising with insurance advisers, auditors and tax advisers to ensure compliance.
