The special-purpose vehicle (SPV) YZG Sağlık Yatırım A.Ş. is implementing the Yozgat Education and Research Hospital project under a PPP contract with the Ministry of Health (MoH). The project is intended to provide high-quality healthcare services to Yozgat and neighboring provinces of Turkey.
The project comprises design, construction, procurement of some equipment, financing, and maintenance of Yozgat Education and Research Hospital during the 27-year concession period, while the provision of medical services will be the responsibility of the MoH.
MR will be providing executive consultancy services to the SPV and will be responsible from overseeing and supporting all the management services including; construction, operational, financial & administrative, HR and secretarial provided by the SPV.
